From 95 South:
Take 95 North (make sure to bare right going towards Portsmouth NH) take exit 54A, towards rowley Route 133. Follow that road down to the very end. At stop sign take a left onto Route 1A towards Newburyport. Follow that road for 3.5 miles and it is on the left hand side.
From 95 North:
Take 95 South and take exit 54. At the end of the ramp take a left going towards Rowley Route 133. Follow that road down to the very end. At the stop sign take a left onto Route 1A towards Newburyport. Follow that road for 3.5 miles and it is on the left hand side.
